Chemicals legislation

One of the primary goals of chemicals legislation is to prevent the environmental impacts of chemicals before they can cause problems.

The chemicals legislation of the European Community has been significantly updated in recent years. In addition to the REACH Regulation, other community-level regulations that concern chemicals and can be directly applied in the member countries.
